20 Monroe Live had its grand opening in February 2017, and locals immediately celebrated this stage as a welcome newcomer to Grand Rapids' entertainment and events scene. Owned by the Gilmore Collection, this $16 million property operates under the management of Live Nation's House of Blues Entertainment.

20 Monroe Live offers a packed schedule of diverse events including concerts by popular bands from many different genres, stand-up shows from comedians and live performances by sundry entertainers ranging from wrestlers to burlesque performers. Past events at 20 Monroe Live have included a sold-out show by the Dropkick Murphys, a night showcasing the classic rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd and a titillating performance by the Chippendales. When it's not hosting top-notch entertainers, 20 Monroe Live is also available to hire for private events.

20 Monroe Live can accommodate 2,600 people. For the majority of events, audience members have a choice of general admission on the main floor -- which can also become additional seating space -- or seated balcony and mezzanine tickets. The versatile venue boasts a movable stage and adaptable configurations, making for an atmosphere that easily changes from show to show.
The second floor of 20 Monroe Live hosts the Vanguard VIP Lounge and Bar, which features an open-air patio.
