Golden YearsA Bowie Celebration features a lineup of famous Bowie alumni. Mike Garson, who heads the show, collaborated with Bowie on more than 20 albums and 1,000 concerts. He is the most prolific member of the Bowie band alumni. Guitarist Charlie Sexton appeared as the opening act on Bowie's Glass Spider tour in the late 1980s. Bass guitarist Carmine Rojas toured with David Bowie between 1983 and 1987, including the Glass Spider and Serious Moonlight tours. Guitarist Earl Slick appeared on Bowie's Young Americans and Station to Station albums and the 1974 Diamond Dogs tour. He later returned for the 2002 album Heathen and the 2003 album Reality. Guitarist Gerry Leonard also appeared on Heathen and Reality and joined Bowie for both tours. Guitarist Mark Plati co-produced and played on Bowie's 1997 album Earthling. Other musicians on the tour include singers Bernard Fowler, Joe Sumner, Corey Glover, Gaby Moreno and multi-instrumentalist Lee John.
