The Lehigh County Agricultural Society owns and operates the Allentown Fairgrounds. The fairgrounds' original grandstand was built in 1908. The early Allentown Fairs brought talent shows, horse races, agricultural shows and car races. The Allentown Fairgrounds now host the Allentown Fair, live performances, trade shows and a farmers' market. The farmers' market, adjacent to the grandstand, offers fresh meat, fruit and produce grown locally, organic foods and prepared specialty foods. The Fairgrounds Farmerama Theater is an indoor stage for talent shows and daytime entertainment. Allentown Fairgrounds bring famous entertainers, country western singers and concerts into the area. Bands that perform to smaller crowds play in the music tent. Performers at the venue have included 311, The Offspring and 5 Seconds of Summer. Get the best Allentown Fairgrounds tickets at StubHub.
