Axwell and Ingrosso Couldn't Be Held DownOriginally part of Swedish House Mafia, a trio that was formed with Steve Angello back in 2008, Axel Christofer Hedfors (aka Axwell) and Sebastian Ingrosso splintered off to form their own under the alias Axwell and Ingrosso in 2014. Prior to their split, the group held the No. 12 position on DJ Mag's Top 100 Poll. In 2012, they announced to the public that they would separate from Swedish House Mafia under amicable circumstances. Steve Angello would develop his own personal label and work solo while Axwell and Ingrosso continued their EDM careers as a duo. The two men went on to release several hits that would climb the charts and get opportunities to headline at numerous clubs and major music festivals around the world. Axwell and Ingrosso released a new single called "Dancing Alone" in the summer of 2018 with vocals supplied from British singer ROMANS. During their 2018 set at Tomorrowland, the duo mixed Avicii's "Wake Me Up" with "Don't You Worry Child" as a tribute to the late DJ. They earned recognition from the Grammis Awards for their work on "More Than You Know"/"I Love You," which won Best Electronic/Dance song in 2018. In addition, the International Dance Music Awards named the duo Best Group in 2015 and also voted "More Than You Know" as Best Song.
