Bert Visscher live: a must-see show for lovers of cabaret
The comedian and cabaret artist Bert Visscher was born in 1960 and became a big name on the cabaret circuit in the late 70s when he started the cabaret group known as Filter. They were hugely popular, touring the country and competing at events like the Cameretten Festival. A few years later, in 1984, he broke out on his own and became a successful solo artist. Bert Visscher’s live shows are often bizarre by nature, with strange characters, absurd stories and outlandish costumes. Whatever crazy story he’s performing, the one thing you can be sure of is that it will be side-splittingly funny. Fans of absurdist comedy, such as Bert’s fellow Dutch comedian Hans Teeuwen or the musical comedy Monty Python’s Spamalot London, will surely love watching Bert Visscher perform one of his chaotic yet hilarious shows. Don’t forget, if you’ve already bought a ticket but can no longer attend the show, you can use StubHub to sell Bert Visscher tickets, too.
