Also known as La Verde, the men’s soccer team of Bolivia is a member of CONMEBOL, the South American soccer confederation. In their almost 100 years of existence, the Bolivia National Soccer Team has qualified for the FIFA World Cup only once, though they’ve played in it three times. They won the Copa América once. They play again in the Copa América in 2016 in the United States. The team plays in Estadio Hernando Siles in La Paz, Bolivia.

The first national soccer team of Bolivia was founded in 1926.
The team has only qualified for the World Cup once in 1994, though they played in the 1930 and 1950 World Cups.
The Bolivia National Soccer Team won its only Copa América at home in 1963, though they also finished as runners-up in their following tournament as hosts in 1997.
