Bucknell Bison Wrestling TicketsBucknell University Bison wrestling began in 1946, but it wasn’t until 1987 that the team won the East Coast Wrestling Association conference title. It won the conference title again in 1995 before transferring to the EIWA in 2000. Bucknell discontinued the Bison wrestling program in 2002, but it was reinstated in 2006 thanks to a generous donation from Bison wrestling alumnus Bill Graham. Since that time, three individuals have won at the EIWA Championships, including Andy Renos (2010), Kevin LeValley (2011) and Joe Stolfi (2014). The team itself has placed as high as No. 3 in EIWA in 2009. The Bucknell Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes individual athletes who have gone above and beyond to help advance their teams to victory. A few Bison wrestlers inducted into the Hall of Fame include Bryan Burns, Bill Graham, Ed Curran, Richard P. Kaufmann, Bobby Ferraro, Thomas M. Marchetti and Thomas M. Scotton.
