Colorado State Basketball Tickets
Colorado State University (CSU) basketball joined the Mountain West Conference (MWC) as a founding school of the conference when it began in 1999. Before the team joined the MWC, the school was part of the Western Athletic Conference, joining in 1969. The team won two conference regular season titles while in the WAC, and the Rams won the 2003 Mountain West conference tournament championship. The team has made 10 NCAA tournament appearances over the years. The Rams may not have one of the strongest basketball programs in the country, but the spirit of the fans and the drive of the team often lead to upsets and winning records. The team consistently attracts great basketball coaches to help keep the program relevant. Get your Colorado State Rams' basketball tickets at StubHub today.

What are the biggest Colorado State basketball rivalries?
The biggest Colorado State basketball rivalries are similar to those in football, with Colorado, Wyoming and Air Force being CSU's biggest rivals. The rivalry with Wyoming dates back to 1893. The in-state rivalry with the University of Colorado Buffaloes is just as fierce with well over 100 matchups in the books. To date, Colorado has more than 80 wins in their series with CSU, leading the Rams by more than 50 wins. Sadly, talks have surfaced that the in-state battle for Colorado bragging rights could end due to new requirements implemented by the Pac-12. The Pac-12 is the conference Colorado is in, and the conference is insisting that all teams must play more competitive opponents. Colorado and Colorado State are working on a solution. Fortunately, the Rams have formed another strong in-state rivalry with fellow Mountain West program Air Force that shouldn't end anytime soon.
Who is the Colorado State basketball head coach?
Coaches tend to last between five and seven years at Colorado State. Niko Medved is in his second year as coach for the Colorado State Rams basketball team. Medved followed a solid coaching performance by Larry Eustachy, who led the Rams to the NCAA Tournament in 2013 and had a Top 25 ranking during that same season. Despite having a big role to fill, Medved is set to keep the program moving in the right direction. Before Colorado State, he was the head coach at Drake University and Furman.
Who are the best players of all time from the Colorado State basketball program?
CSU basketball alumni have played in the NBA and made First-Team All-American in the past. Pat Durham is the Rams all-time lead scorer. Lonnie Wright was an All-American honorable mention and played for both the Denver Rockets of the ABA and the Denver Broncos of the NFL. Bill Green was the only CSU basketball player to be named a first-team All-American.
