Delaware State Fair History

This fair's origins date back to 1920, when it was known as the Kent and Sussex county fair. It was a much smaller, more agriculturally-oriented a-fair back then. Today you can see rodeos, wrestling, and concerts, as well as go on rides at the midway.The longtime site of the fair has also become a fantastic venue in which you can see some of the biggest names in music hit the stage throughout the summer. The Delaware State Fair has seen some incredible artists perform over the years, and it should continue to do so, making it a great time to head out and catch a show as soon as possible. Every year the Delaware State Fair is the home to some incredible performances by some of the top musicians in the world. Harrington is a city located in the state of Delaware, and is a part of the Dover metropolitan area. Harrington has a population of less than 4,000 people, but Dover boasts a population of more than 35,000. Dover offers people a lot of entertainment options, including some awesome concert venues that enable people to see some of their favorite musicians live and in person.
