The inaugural 2016 Desert Trip lineup features some of the most influential rock musicians of all time: The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters and The Who. Each artist is preparing a full set for music festival, which essentially means fans will get to witness six full concerts over the course of one weekend.
The unprecedented two-weekend event in Indio, Calif., is located at the same site where Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach Music Festival are held each spring. Each weekend features the same lineup of iconic classic rock musicians with The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan on Friday, Paul McCartney and Neil Young on Saturday, and Roger Waters and The Who on Sunday.
Earlier this year, the music world was abuzz with excitement when Desert Trip was announced, and it quickly became one of the hottest tickets of the year. Due to the event's popularity, festival organizers expanded the event to two three-day weekends. A variety of ticket and camping packages are available for both weekends on StubHub.
