When attending events at the Empire Polo Field, parking will be subjective to the anticipated event layout. At Coachella, there's free parking available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but everyone in the vehicle must be wearing a festival wristband. There's parking for motorcycles but no pick-up or drop-off zones. There is also preferred parking and limited camping companion parking availability. For Stagecoach, you'll find free and preferred parking along with a camping companion parking option. There's also a shuttle pass that goes to eight locations within Coachella Valley for great convenience. Empire Polo Field shuttle routes require a pass.
Is accessible parking available at the venue?
Yes, accessible parking is available. Guests wishing to use this option must have an ADA placard or government-issued plate clearly displayed, and the person it was issued to must be in the vehicle. This will be verified by law enforcement to ensure that the placard and identification match. All guests for the music festivals must be wearing appropriate festival wristbands.
What is the capacity of Empire Polo Field?
The venue can accommodate up to 125,000 people for its various music festivals, events and polo matches.
What food and drink items are offered at the field?
Regardless of the Empire Polo Field event, you'll find great eats at the field. The venue has three great restaurants, including the Tack Room Tavern Restaurant, the Polo Pizza Co. and The Date Shed. While great food can be enjoyed at all three, the Tack Room Tavern Restaurant and The Date Shed offer live music. You can get your favorite drink at any of them.
Does the venue have a camera policy?
The camera policy depends on the event and is subject to change. For Empire Polo Field music festivals, professional cameras with detachable lenses aren't permitted, and audio recording devices aren't allowed.Back to Top
