Who is the coach of Florida Gators Softball?The head coach of the Gators softball team is Tim Walton. In 2020, he earned his 900th career victory when the Gators beat North Dakota State. He is the second-fastest coach to reach that milestone in NCAA Division I history. He has been the coach of the Gators for 15 years. At the beginning of 2020, he had an amazing record of 771-167 (.825) at Florida. Walton is a five-time SEC Coach of the Year and has been instrumental in leading the team to 14 NCAA Regional appearances, 12 Super Regionals, 10 Women’s College World Series berths, seven SEC Regular Season Championships and five SEC Tournament Championships.

When was Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium built?Located on Mull and Museum Roads, the stadium was originally built in February 1996. The following year, the first game of the University of Florida softball was played. Through the years, improvement to the stadium took place, and in 2019, a $15 million renovation was completed.
