Footloose San Bernardino Tickets
Ren McCormack, a teenager from Chicago, moves to a small town in the South where dancing and rock music are illegal. On the first day of school, Ren befriends Willard, who teaches him the ways of the town. Soon after, Ren falls for a church-raised rebellious teenager named Ariel. While struggling to fit in, he faces an uphill battle to change things in the town. Loosely based on events that took place in the small, rural and religious community of Elmore City, Oklahoma, Footloose is a cult classic story.
The stage musical Footloose is a 1998 production based on the 1984 musical film. The stage production music is by Tom Snow, with lyrics by Dean Pitchford (additional lyrics by Kenny Loggins). The book is by Dean Pitchford and Walter Bobbie.
The dynamic cast, awe-inspiring dancing and electrifying music make this show a fast-paced, energetic display that delights audiences time and time again. Some of the classic 80s hit songs in this performance include “Almost Paradise,” “Holding Out for a Hero,” “Let’s Hear it for the Boy” and the title track “Footloose.”
