Fun Home Tempe tickets
Audiences seeking out a musical with heart that tackles serious themes will leave Fun Home with plenty to think about. The production, based on a book by the same name, explores three different periods in the protagonist's life. Audiences watch as Alison writes her memoir, recalling her life as she pens the book. She is transported to the past, reliving her father hiding his homosexuality from the family and her own struggle to come out of the closet.
The play bounces from the present time period to two points in the past, interspersing memories from childhood with Alison in her college years, leading up to her father's death. Throughout, themes of family relationships, sexuality and vulnerability are pursued using dialogue and music. Fun Home Tempe tickets are in high demand.

After several years of small workshops and off-Broadway productions of Fun Home, the play finally found a home at The Public Theater. Previews ran in mid-2013, and the show officially began its run there a month later until January 2014. In 2015, Fun Home made its Broadway debut, produced and directed by Sam Gold. The show left Broadway after eight months and embarked on its national tour, which includes the Fun Home Tempe tour stop.
