Grouplove TicketsLos Angeles-based Grouplove has been taking the world by storm since 2009, when five friends decided to form a band. The group first brought its love to audiences in May of 2010 at El Cid in its hometown. Later the same year, Grouplove toured the west coast in support of Florence and The Machine, then the east coast supporting The Joy Formiddable. As 2010 ended, Nylon Magazine ranked Grouplove in the Top 10 of the Best New Bands of the year. With Foster the People, Grouplove co-headlined its first cross-country tour.
Tongues TiedInitially, independently releasing its self-titled debut album, Grouplove later rereleased it under a major label. Grouplove's single "Getaway Car" appears in the HBO series "How to Make it In America." Its single "Tongue Tied" went No. 1 on the US Alternative chart and appeared in commercials for Glee, Apple and Coca-Cola. Among Grouplove's notable tours were those in support of Two Door Cinema Club and Young The Giant and its sold-out US Spring 2012 tour that included stops at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Sasquatch! Music Festival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. For its 2013 tour in support of its album Spreading Rumours, Grouplove visited nine cities performing two shows in each one: a standard concert and a pared-down performance.
