KettleHouse Brewery and Logjam Presents have teamed up to create an large outdoor entertainment venue, known as the KettleHouse Amphitheater. The venue is located right next to the KettleHouse 23,000-square-foot brewery and canning facility, just off of Interstate 90 and along the banks of the Blackfoot Rivers. The river and its surrounding background provides a stunning backdrop for the amphitheater.
KettleHouse Amphitheater History
The KettleHouse Amphitheater was built to create an ideal setting for music lovers to enjoy the outdoors, music and beer simultaneously. The on-site, permanent stage includes a 35-foot roof with state-of-the-art speakers attached to provide a professional quality sound for all events. All events are coordinated by Logjam Presents, which also schedules events and performances for both The Wilma and The Top Hat Lounge in Missoula.
KettleHouse Amphitheater Events
Logjam Presents brings a wide range of musical talents to the Kettlehouse Amphitheater. Fans can enjoy the sounds of country legends like Lyle Lovett, metal bands like Slayer, alternative rock bands like Ween, blues rock bands like Tedeschi Trucks Band and more at the amphitheater. The venue also hosts a variety of community events and festivals throughout the year.
KettleHouse Amphitheater Seating Layout
The amphitheater is built on a hill with a 28-foot slope, with the stage at the bottom of the hill. The Blackfoot River and the mountains are directly behind the stage and visible to all attendees. Seating was built on three separate tiers to ensure everyone in attendance has a great view of the stage area. The standing pit is located directly in front of the stage area and can accommodate up to 600 guests. Reserved seating is on the second tier of the amphitheater and it has a maximum capacity of 1,050. General admission seating is on the third tier, which can hold up to 2,350 attendees. Limited parking is available onsite, but ticket holders are encouraged park off site and to use the free shuttle service the runs from the KettleHouse brewery to the amphitheater or from the Top Hat Lounge to the amphitheater.
Bonner is a small, rural town known at the "Place of the Big Bull Trout" and located just seven miles from Missoula, in western Montana. Missoula is home to the University of Montana. The university's football games and special events are held at the Washington-Grizzly Stadium. In addition to the KettleHouse Amphitheater, there are several other great venues in nearby Missoula, such as Top Hat Lounge, Wilma Theater and Adams Event Center. Many community events and festivals are also held at Caras Park in Missoula.
The KettleHouse Amphitheater is Montana's first permanent outdoor venue that is dedicated to strictly hosting entertainment events.
