Love Never Dies Las Vegas Tickets
Love Never Dies Las Vegas TicketsIn the sequel to Gaston Leroux’s The Phantom of the Opera, the audience gets to see how the decisions made in the first story affected the characters 10 years later. In Love Never Dies, 10 years have passed since the events in the Paris Opera House, and the audience is treated to a glimpse into the lives of the protagonists. Much has changed; the titular Phantom has survived the Paris ordeal and is now living with Madame Giry and Meg Giry in Coney Island. This character is flourishing out of the shadows and is running a magic show on the boardwalk called Phantasma. His eternal love, Christine Daae, has also moved on and has married Count Raoul. The couple have a 10-year-old son but are not as well off as they could be thanks to Raoul's poor financial decisions. Christine is summoned to New York to perform, and she is subsequently sucked back into a world of night, madness and love once she encounters the Phantom again.
Reunions on the BoardwalkThis play isn’t a direct sequel to the original novel; in fact, this play was composed and written by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who was responsible for providing the score for the Broadway play that’s run for more than 30 years. As a result, this is a direct sequel to that production of The Phantom of the Opera. Production of this play had taken years to get off the ground, and the first inklings of its plot were created when Andrew Lloyd Webber had a series of conversations with the set designer of that play. Finally, in 2010, the play was staged for the first time in London. To this day, unlike Phantom, Love Never Dies has yet to appear on Broadway but has had a U.S. tour.
