Macky Auditorium Concert Hall is one of 12 buildings that make up the Norlin Quadrangle Historic District in Boulder, Colorado. The building is located at 1595 Pleasant Street, in Boulder. This is located near the intersection of 17th Street and University Avenue. Visitors from Denver can take U.S. 36 north to Boulder. Head west at Arapahoe Avenue to 17th Street. Head south on 17th Avenue, which becomes University Avenue farther south. Those coming from the north will want to take U.S. 287 to Highway 119, which becomes Highway 157 as you drive south. Once you reach Arapahoe Avenue, you will head west and follow the directions listed above.

Parking around the building is limited, so it is recommended to allow for extra time to find a parking place and walk. ADA parking is located in front of the building on Pleasant Street. Patrons without disabilities can use metered parking located along University Avenue or use nearby parking garages and lots. The closest facilities include the Euclid parking garage, Folsom parking garages and Pensylvania Avenue parking lot. With some events, lot 380 that is just east of Macky Auditorium may also be available to patrons.
How many seats are available for events at Macky Auditorium?
The seating capacity at the venue is 2,040. These seats are located in four sections in the hall. The Orchestra section is the lowest tier, with the first level Balcony seats located above and behind them. The third level of Second Balcony seats, as well as Opera boxes located to the sides of the hall, are also available for events. ADA sections are located in the Orchestra section.
