Navy Midshipmen Wrestling Tickets
The Navy Midshipmen wrestling team first hit the mats in 1908 and hold an all-time record of 897-306-26 in their first 111 years. The Midshipmen, or Mids, have made 71 appearances in the NCAA Tournament and have yielded three NCAA Tournament individual champions. They have also made 13 appearances in the EIWA Tournament with 95 EIWA Tournament individual champions. One of the biggest rivalries in college sports is between the Army and Navy, and wrestling is no exception. The two teams have been battling it out on the mat each year since 1957. Between 1963-1996, the Midshipmen held onto a streak of no losses to the Black Knights and only four ties. A similar, no-loss streak happened again for Navy in 1998 lasting through 2014. In the history of the Army-Navy rivalry, the Midshipmen hold the most wins by more than double. With a strong returning roster, the Midshipmen are looking forward to cranking out more champions.
