NCAA Baseball Oxford Regionals TicketsStarting every spring, participants from hundreds of schools around the country vie for a national baseball championship. Each year, the path to Omaha, Neb., for the College World Series at TD Ameritrade Park is tumultuous, with many pitfalls along the way. Depending on several factors, such as a team's region and how well they finished in regular season play, they will receive an invitation to a regional ticket, a round robin of sorts that determines who will continue on toward the College World Series. Every year, the regional round is hosted by different schools around the country on the campuses of various universities to determine the contestants for the super-regional rounds and, eventually, the national championship. Among the hosts in 2019 were universities in Oxford, Miss.; Chapel Hill, N.C.; Athens, Ga.; and Los Angeles, Calif. You can root for your favorite team and experience all the action live. Where are the NCAA Baseball Oxford Regionals games held? The 2019 Oxford Regionals were hosted by the University of Mississippi in Oxford. Each university that hosts a regional tournament will have had an outstanding regular season. Because there are only 64 spots for the contestants in the regionals and nearly 300 total universities participating in collegiate baseball, the council selects only the highest-ranking and -achieving teams each year. Beyond that, a school must be particularly skilled to host a regional round because that school earns home field advantage.
