The NYCB Theatre at Westbury is located in Westbury, New York. It opened its doors in 1956 and was originally designed as a round theater for top performers and theatrical musicals to perform. It was originally called the Westbury Music Fair and the Theatre at Westbury. The theater was renovated twice, once in 1965 and again in 1992. The New York Community Bank obtained rights to the theater in 2010 and changed the name to NYCB Theatre at Westbury. The NYCB Theatre at Westbury seating can accommodate 2,870 patrons.The theater has hosted numerous popular musicians and comedians, which include Britney Spears, Bruce Springsteen and George Carlin. Can I bring outside food into the theater?

Outside food is not allowed into the venue but food, drinks and alcohol can be purchased in the main lobby or on the patio if the weather permits. You can enjoy your food on the patio, in the lobby or in your NYCB Theatre at Westbury seats.

Is the NYCB Theatre at Westbury a wheelchair-friendly facility?

The theater is ADA compliant. For patrons with limited mobility, the staff can assist them via wheelchair from the main lobby to their seat. The wheelchair is strictly for transport and patrons cannot sit in it during the event. The staff also is unable to remain with the patron during the event. Assisted hearing devices are available for patrons with a hearing disability. These devices are available on a first-come-first-served basis. An ASL interpreter can also be provided if you notify the staff at least three weeks prior to the event.

Can I bring my pet into the theater?

Animals or pets are not permitted at NYCB Theatre at Westbury events. Service animals are allowed and must be leashed at all times. The animal must also remain in the seating area of the patron and not in the aisle or on a seat.

Can you tell me about on-site parking?

NYCB Theatre at Westbury on-site parking is available and is included in the cost of the ticket. Premier parking is also available for most events at an additional cost. A satellite parking lot is used when the primary parking lot reaches its capacity. This parking lot is located on Brush Hollow Road
