Peggie Gillom-Granderson played four years for the women's basketball team at Ole Miss University and holds the school record for points with 2,486 and rebounds with 1,271. Gillom-Granderson scored 51 double-doubles in her time at Ole Miss and is one of two players to reach both the 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds milestones. Gillom-Granderson was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Ole Miss in 1996. Jennifer Gillom is the sister of Peggie Gillom-Granderson and led the Rebels of Ole Miss to a 105-23 record while a member of the team. The Rebels appeared in the NCAA Tournament all four years with Gillom as a player.
