Papa Murphy's Park was built specifically for soccer, and it's home to the Sacramento Republic FC soccer team. For a brief time, the Sacramento Express rugby team also played their home games at the stadium. Formerly called "Bonney Field" before getting renamed in 2017, the stadium was built in 2014 on the grounds of the Cal Expo, the home of the California Exposition and State Fair. It's actually in the same location as where the Cal Expo Auditorium once stood. Cal Expo is the owner of the stadium with the Spectra company handling operations. If you'd like to catch some of the action in person, get Papa Murphy's Park tickets at StubHub.
