The People's United Center at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, houses two separate playing areas, setting it apart from most college sports arenas. On one side, there's the ice sheet where the University's men's ice hockey and women's ice hockey teams play. On the other side, there's the basketball court where the men's and women's basketball teams dribble and shoot. The two venues share one concourse, and the large glass windows on either side of this area allow fans to get a glimpse into both arenas. Other large windows allow attendees a view of the outdoor scenery. Built for the Quinnipiac University Bobcats in 2007, the People's United Center is located on the school's York Hill Campus.
