Phoenix Suns Tickets
The Phoenix Suns are a professional basketball team based in Phoenix, Ariz. The franchise joined the National Basketball Association (NBA) as part of its expansion in 1968. As with traditional expansion teams, the team's play on the court was less than stellar, but things changed with the entrance of a new decade. During the 1970s, the team retained the player rights to Dick Van Arsdale and Alvan Adams. With this duo in place, the team made it to the NBA finals in 1976 and continued its winning ways by reaching two more Western Conference finals. However, the Suns were unable to make it back to get a taste of what the Finals were like again. Since then, the Suns have gone on to attain six Division titles (1981, 1993, 1995, 2005, 2006 and 2007). They also made it to an additional NBA Finals in 1993. Formerly US Airways Center, Talking Stick Resort Arena gained the naming rights as of October 2015. From the beginning in 1988 to its opening its doors in June 1992, the Arena has served as a model for many other entertainment facilities. Originally America West Arena, during the first full year of operation, it won just about every single award eligible for a new entertainment complex such as "Performance Magazine"’s Best New Concert Venue award along with Best NBA Facility determined by the NBA players themselves.
