RBC Heritage TicketsThe RBC Heritage tournament is held annually in Hilton Head, S.C. In the 1960s, there was little tourism and no golf on the island until the Heritage tournament got started. Both Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus committed to the inaugural Heritage tournament, boosting this PGA-level tournament’s profile and popularity. Palmer won the first tournament, then known as the Heritage Classic. This was his first win in over a year and brought the media’s attention to the tournament. There have been plenty of changes to the RBC Heritage over the years. Originally, it was played in November over Thanksgiving weekend. Currently, the tournament is played in April, about a week after the Masters Tournament, at the legendary Augusta National golf course. What is the RBC Heritage schedule?The 2020 RBC Heritage is scheduled for April 13–19, just after the Masters Tournament. There are four rounds in the tournament, each taking one day to complete. Four days of game play are preceded by three days of Pro Practice Rounds. Traditionally, the third day of the tournament is Plaid Day, and spectators are encouraged to wear their tartans.
