San Diego Toreros Basketball TicketsThe University of San Diego’s men’s basketball team started during the 1955-56 basketball season. In 1984, the Toreros won their first WCC title back when it was still known as the West Coast Athletic Conference. The win was propelled by the play of forward Mike Whitmarsh along with the guidance of head coach Jim Brovelli. Since then, the men’s basketball team has appeared four times in the NCAA Tournament. They advanced to the Round of 36 in the tourney for the first time in 2008. For the 2019-20 season, the Toreros men’s basketball team will get the chance to prove themselves in non-conference games against Cal and rival San Diego State. The Toreros kicks off the WCC season with two road games against Santa Clara and LMU. You can grab your San Diego Toreros tickets at StubHub.
