Can I take photos or record during Simmons Bank Arena events?

Organizers of Simmons Bank Arena events strictly prohibit the use of professional cameras for individuals without media credentials. Personal cameras are generally permitted as long as the lens is three inches or less, however, some events prohibit the use of all cameras. Visitors should contact the venue prior to their event to inquire about the use of photography. Audio and video recording devices are strictly prohibited (this includes GoPro's and Google Glasses).

Is the venue wheelchair friendly?

Simmons Bank Arena is wheelchair friendly, offering wheelchair-accessible parking in the parking lot across from the box office as well as in front of the arena on Simmons Bank Arena Way. The area also has a wheelchair-accessible drop-off area on Washington Avenue and wheelchair-accessible and companion seating throughout the arena. The arena encourages those who need accessible seating to purchase their tickets as early as possible and advises that although a show may list as sold out, there may be accessible seating still available. For shows with tickets remaining, accessible seating will be available until the start of the show.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

Outside food and drinks cannot be brought into the venue. Containers such as water and thermos bottles, plastic coolers and cans are also not permitted. The arena does offer food and drinks for purchase at several concession stands throughout the arena.

Do I need a sitter, or can I bring the little ones along?
