Spotlight 29 Casino - Coachella's Casino and Concert Venue
Spotlight 29 Casino is a 250,000-square-foot casino located in the city of Coachella, California. It's run by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians of California and is the go-to place for casino and concert action in the area. They host tons of musicians from varying genres, including rock, rap, hip-hop and country, as well as comedians and other performers.
Spotlight 29 Casino History
Spotlight 29 Casino opened in January 1995 under the rights given by a national act allowing Native American Tribes to operate casinos. After running it for six years, the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians joined forces with Donald Trump, and the name changed to the Trump 29 Casino for the next five years. It then reverted to the original ownership and name, and many new renovations were completed -- including a 150,000-square-foot expansion!
