The T-Mobile Center is directly accessible by either bus or streetcar. Both services are either operated or overseen by the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority in conjunction with the transportation development district.

Heartland Coca-Cola features soda, energy drinks, Icees and other beverages. Jose Pepper's Cart features nachos and specialty drinks. The Oak Street BBQ, Oak Street Pizza and Oak Street Side Bar all offer those dietary selections. A bar and lounge are also located on the main concourse.
