One of the largest domed structures in the world, Seattle's Tacoma Dome opened in April 1983 as a venue for great shows, sporting events, community gatherings and more. Featuring an extensive curtaining system and state-of-the-art telescopic seating, the Tacoma Dome is equipped to host a wide variety of events. Is there on-site parking?
There are parking lots conveniently located around the perimeter of the venue, and the fee varies per event. Guests with disabilities have parking lots E and K reserved for them with spaces available on a first come, first served basis. All the parking lots at the Tacoma Dome are wheelchair accessible. On-site parking is limited, but the venue is accessible by public transportation and rideshare programs.
What types of concessions does the Tacoma Dome offer?
The Tacoma Dome offers a wide variety of classic fan favorites and original eats, all with a distinctive Northwest flair. Enjoy tacos, nachos, chicken, pizza, barbeque, grilled classics, fish and chips, and more when taking in Tacoma Dome events. There is a variety of nonalcoholic beverages offered at this Pepsi venue. Craft beer is also available.
Is accessible seating available?
Accessible seating is available as the Tacoma Dome makes every effort to ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience. There are a limited number of assistive listening devices (ALD) available at the Tacoma Dome for guests who are hearing impaired. They can be checked out by contacting guest services and are free of charge. Guests are required to leave a valid, government-issued photo ID as a deposit while using ALDs. During concerts, the use of these devices isn't recommended because of the volume level. The Tacoma Dome can also, by request, provide sign language interpretation services. This offering is subject to availability. All special requests should be arranged with guest services as far in advance as possible.
Can children attend Tacoma Dome events?
Generally, children 2 years and under can attend for free if they sit on an adult's lap. This isn't true for every event, so please check the listing carefully and contact the box office with any specific questions about the child policy for the show you want to attend.
Is the Tacoma Dome accessible by public transportation?
The Tacoma Dome Station, an area hub for bus and commuter train service, provides transportation to downtown museums, restaurants, shops and more via the Tacoma Link Light Rail.
