String Cheese Incident provided music at the first festival. The event has since grown to include more than 50 artists performing on a variety of stages over a three-day period toward the middle of September each year in the sweet mountain town of Telluride, Colo. The center of the activities is Telluride Town Park, but the festival has a lot more than just beer and blues music. There are plenty of activities for the whole family, and the live music is from many genres, including funk, gospel and soul performances.
2019 Festival Initiates Super VIP Experience PackageFor the 2019 festival, the new Super VIP Experience ticket will be available for the first time. It offers the most up-close, personal festival participation ever offered. Primarily, the pass lets fans view many of the live performances either on stage or from the side stage. The number of these exclusive tickets is very limited, but the list of amenities tied to them is lengthy. How many stages does the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival have?The Main Stage is in an open space at the end of Telluride's Main Street. The Blues Stage is indoors and complements the Main Stage. A third performance location is the Campground Sessions Stage. The music doesn't stop when the sun goes down. On Friday and Saturday nights of the festival, the fun relocates to the various music venues throughout the town of Telluride.
