Born in Germany shortly after World War II, Lily Isaacs moved to the United States when she was just 2 years old. She studied theatre and performed Off-Broadway. In 1968, Lily recorded the folk album Lily and Maria with Columbia Records. In 1971, Lily transformed herself through religion after the death of a beloved family member. Not long after, Lily and Joe Isaacs found God and forged the foundations of The Isaacs ministry. Her 30 year battle with breast cancer inspired the song "I'm Gonna Love You Through It." Lily Isaacs' incredible love for Jesus has transformed her life; The Isaacs inspire all through their music. The group's bass player and vocalist, Ben Isaacs, has received more than 6 nominations for Grammy Awards. Ben Isaacs has also been voted Best Producer of The Year a few times in the Absolutely Gospel Awards.
