The Knights of Music highlights the remarkable achievements these artists have made in Britain's entertainment industry. The Queen herself has elevated every talented performer in this elite group to the level of royalty. It celebrates the greatest accomplishments of nearly a dozen musical legends, including Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Rod Stewart, Sir Mick Jagger, Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and Sir Van Morrison. Additional legendary artists honoured throughout this stage performance include Sir Cliff Richard, Sir Cameron Mackintosh, Dame Shirley Bassey, Sir Tim Rice and Sir Bob Geldof.

As the show begins, host Phillip Schofield invites the audience to journey with him as he takes a closer look at the impact music, film and theatre has made not just in England, but across the world. As he introduces each performance, Schofield shares the remarkable facts, anecdotes and figures about the best of the best. You can expect to hear renditions of classic hits, including Elton John's "Rocket Man," The Rolling Stones' "Satisfaction," The Beatles' "Hey Jude," Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual," Rod Stewart's "Maggie May" and Cliff Richard's "Do You Wanna Dance." There are also performances from some of the world's most memorable Broadway musicals, including "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserables," Close Every Door" from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz.
The Knights of Music's history
After more than a 20-year hiatus from the stage, TV presenter Phillip Schofield is making a comeback as host of The Knights of Music. Schofield is well-known for his roles in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Dr. Dolittle. Joining him onstage is a cast of talented West End actors, such as Sophie Evans, best known for placing runner-up in the talent show, Over the Rainbow, and for her role in The Wizard of Oz; Laura Tebbutt, who has appeared in Into the Woods and Love Me Tender; Liam Doyle, renowned for winning the part of Troy in High School Musical and for his performances in Hairspray and Wicked; Emily Jane Brooks, famed for her role in The Canterville Ghost and The Tender Land; and Andy Coxon, who has starred in The Last Five Years, Sister Act and Les Miserables.
