What is the seating capacity?
The Troubadour seating capacity is for 330 people. This includes the floor, which at times may be sitting down or standing only, depending on the show. Two other options include the gallery, an area of bleacher-style seating above the main floor directly in front of the stage, and VIP seating. The VIP seating is about the same as the gallery but off to the right side of the forum at a 90-degree angle from the stage.
Where are the best seats?
The best seats are upstairs in the gallery. Here you have an excellent view on the stage, with no one standing right in front of you. The first row is always best if you can get it. This upstairs gallery is also known as the living room where the original owner, Doug Weston, entertained his VIP guests.
Is the venue accessible by public transportation?
The RTD Metro stops almost right in front of the club on both the westbound and eastbound sides of the street. There is also access from RTD Metro off Doheny Drive.
Are there other entertainment options nearby?
There a many other venues offering entertainment in the vicinity, including The Viper Room, the Whisky a Go-Go and the legendary Roxy, just to name a few. Being in West Hollywood, entertainment can be found on almost every street corner you pass. There are also a number of restaurants in the area. If you want another taste of Hollywood history, Pink's is just a few blocks away. This hot dog stand is well known among both locals and stars alike, and after a show, you never know who you might see waiting in line.
Is there onsite parking?
While the venue itself does not offer onsite parking, there is a lot of metered parking in the area as well as a cash valet available across the street at $2.00 per hour. Various restaurants nearby will valet your car as well if it is not too busy of a night. Guests attending Troubadour events can also park in the parking garages in the area.Back to Top
