Is there on-site parking?
For concert events, around 200 parking spaces at the stadium's Clubhouse Lot are available for a small fee. General parking on the island is free at Benefit Focus at Benefitfocus Way. Parking permits aren't sold in advance, and lots open to guests an hour before the gates. There are 12 accessibility spaces at the Clubhouse Lot. Accessibility parking requires that you have a state-issued license plate or a hang tag with you to present to the stadium parking attendant. The City of Charleston doesn't allow tailgating. Courtesy shuttle buses loop around the general parking area beginning one hour before the gates open and ending one hour after the show ends.
What concessions are offered at the stadium?
The venue offers a variety of food and beverage items for the enjoyment of its guests. With the exception of a single bottle of water per person, no outside food or beverages are allowed in the stadium. Glass bottles are prohibited.
Should I call a sitter, or can I bring the young ones along?
For tennis matches, all ages are allowed in for the events. Children 2 years old and under don't require a ticket for admission as long as they share a seat with an adult who has a ticket. For all other events, all ages are allowed unless otherwise stated. All ages need a ticket for entrance.
What is the venue's camera policy?
Cell phones are permitted, but no flash photography is allowed. Cameras, camcorders, audio devices, laptops, tablet computers and other recording devices aren't permitted into the stadium during any concerts.
Is the venue a wheelchair-friendly facility?
Those who need accessible seating at the stadium have two options. Accessible seating is available on the concourse behind the box seats and behind the seats on the terrace level.
