Now's your chance to watch We Will Rock You Liverpool
We Will Rock You in Liverpool is the Queen musical tribute show par excellence. It's the original, the one that everyone has seen or wants to see, the one that the Queen members themselves have graced with guest appearances. It's a night out for the whole family, young and old, with plenty of wonderful nostalgia, incredible set designs and visuals that faithfully recreate the various eras of the great band while telling an original story, plus musicianship and vocal performances that are worthy of the originals themselves. They even get May's guitar tone right. Well, almost. You can buy or sell We Will Rock You Liverpool tickets on StubHub.
A record run in the West End
We Will Rock You in Liverpool is only one of the legs of this incredible show that has sold out at pretty much every venue it’s been staged in. The book was written by one of the most talented scriptwriters and novelists that the UK has produced – Ben Elton – and the original choreography was by Arlene Phillips. It's a show that's in your classic jukebox musical format and features all the big Queen hits, as well as some of the more obscure album tracks to keep the real die-hard fans of the band satisfied. It made the record books by climbing into the Top 20 longest-running West End shows of all time, as the tally stood in 2014, and has been performed on every continent in the world. While there was only one original, it has spawned many a local licensed production in other countries, and the show has a global following in many languages. The main roles, originally played by the amazing Tony Vincent and Sharon Clark, have been reprised by many talented performers and singers around the world. If you've not had the pleasure of watching the show, we can only recommend that you get We Will Rock You Liverpool tickets as soon as you see them for sale here.
Guest appearances by Queen members themselves
We Will Rock You in Liverpool promises to be every inch the experience you'll expect from watching clips of the show on YouTube. It's a larger-than-life show, just as Queen was a larger-than-life band when the one and only Freddie Mercury was still with us, and it's this grandeur that is captured so successfully without staging a flat-out rock concert. It's an evergreen story in the mould of "Grease" or "Saturday Night Fever", where boy meets girl to a musical soundtrack. A wonderful show in its own right, even without its famous music, it's a production that succeeds on many levels and thoroughly deserves all the accolades that have been showered upon it over the years by critics and everyday fans alike. It's even had the royal stamp of approval, as it were, when Brian May and Roger Taylor made guest appearances to an absolutely delighted audience. May you one day be so lucky with your own We Will Rock You Liverpool tickets. Get them on StubHub right away – you never know!
