Who's Bad tour dates
The longest-running Michael Jackson tribute band in existence, Who's Bad has filled a giant void by providing diehard fans an authentic MJ experience ever since the King of Pop's untimely death in 2009. Regularly selling out venues in North America, Asia and Europe, the band's nostalgia-inducing performances have drawn praise from even Michael Jackson's onetime manager Frank DiLeo.
Who's Bad's background
Who's Bad was the brainchild of composer/saxophonist Vamsi Tadepalli, who in 2004 pulled together a group of North Carolina's finest dancers and musicians to realize the concept. In the decade plus since, Tadepalli has grown Who's Bad into a six-piece band fronted by Jackson impersonators Joseph Bell and Taalib York.
Who's Bad: More than music
Who's Bad's cast of dancers boasts a collective resume that includes performances in such Broadway hits as The Phantom of the Opera. The show's producers has done their research, paying meticulous attention to Jackson's signature style and recreating it through performances jam-packed with synchronized spins, kicks, leans, crotch grabs and, of course, Jackson's signature moonwalk.
