The Yost Arena in Ann Arbor was originally constructed as a field house for football, basketball and track in 1923. Converted to a rink and stadium for ice hockey 50 years later, the Yost Arena has played host to the NCAA Ice Hockey Tournament on five occasions. Since 1992, over $10 million in renovations have been poured into the Yost Arena for modernizations that included expanded seating capacity, HD video board upgrades and a center ice scoreboard.
