CBE Classic Event
The CBE Classic is one of the most exciting events of the college basketball season, kicking
off another fantastic season of action and teamwork, with only one team rising above the rest to cut down the nets. This two
round tournament begins with twelve teams from twelve of the sixteen conferences that make up the NCAA Division I. Taking
place in Kansas City, the site of National College Basketball Hall of Fame, in mid-November on the opening weekend of the
season, the CBE Classic is a celebration of the different styles and regions of college basketball, allowing teams from conferences
small and large to compete against each other on a grand stage at the home of the very place that honors the sport's most
incredible players. The 2014 CBE Hall of Fame Classic will feature some extremely exciting teams including the Iowa State
Cyclones, coming off of a Top 20 season, University of Maryland Terrapins, who left the ACC for the Big 10 after the end of
last season, the University of Alabama Crimson Tide of the SEC and the Arizona State Sun Devils, who are coming off of a great
season in the tough Pac-12 Conference. You certainly won't want to miss the chance to see one of the premier preseason tournaments
in person, as well as the chance to celebrate the history of college basketball with a visit to the National College Basketball
Hall of Fame. Get your tickets to the CBE Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City in November 2014 only at StubHub.
Since 2001, an incredible preseason tournament has ushered in the new college basketball season,
pitting twelve teams from twelve different conferences against each other, offering college basketball fans matchups seen
nowhere else in the sport. Top tier conferences take on smaller conferences, proving that any team can beat the other on any
given night. The 2013 CBE Hall of Fame Classic featured a Championship Game that saw the Wichita State Shockers of the Missouri
Valley Conference against the BYU Cougars of the West Coast Conference. Other former CBE Hall of Fame Classic winners include
Kansas, Missouri, Creighton, UCLA and Syracuse. It has been a very long offseason and fans will be thrilled to finally get
the new season started and you can be one of the lucky few to experience this action live from the Sprint Center in Kansas
City. The field will be extremely competitive again in 2014 with marquee teams like the Arizona Sun Devils and Maryland Terps,
so make this the year that you finally make the trip to the CBE Hall of Fame Classic and a visit to the National College Hall
of Fame, where you will experience the history and tradition of this amazing sport.
the 2013-2014 season just coming to a close, it is clear after another incredible NCAA Tournament that college basketball
is the most exciting sport in the country. With the #7 University of Connecticut Huskies defeating the #8 Kentucky Wildcats
in this season's Championship Game, NCAA Basketball saw the two lowest seeds facing each other in a title game in the sports
history. Though they are two of the most storied programs, their seeding shows that anyone can win come March and that the
NCAA Tournament is the best playoff tournament in all of sports. As another incredible class of athletes make their way into
the NBA, a new class will make their way into the NCAA, ushering in new season of college basketball, that will no doubt end
in another amazing postseason tournament. It will be another long offseason for every team but the champions, as college basketball
players return to the gym to get ready to tip off the 2014-2015 season. For the fans, you can start preparing for next season
by getting ticket to see your favorite team next season only at StubHub.
