Hawaii Warriors Football Schedule in 2014

Hawaii is an outdoor lovers paradise, where sports take place on the sand and the water. But as summer fades and fall begins, the most exciting sport in Hawaii returns when the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors take the field at Aloha Stadium to begin another season of NCAA Football. A member of the Mountain West Conference, the Rainbow Warriors compete against some of the most exciting teams in the country, from the Fresno State Bulldogs to the Boise State Broncos, all while offering fans the most spectacular backdrop in all of sports. Their 2014 season has already been thrilling with as many wins as they had all last season, so check the schedule at StubHub today to see all of the exciting ticketing options.

One game that stands out on the Rainbow Warriors' schedule is their November 1 matchup against the Utah State Aggies, who led the Mountain West's Mountain Division in 2013. The Rainbow Warriors may have only won one game last season, but one thing they did extremely well was throwing the football, finishing in the Top 20 in passing. Rainbow Warrior quarterback Sean Schroeder thrived in 2013, throwing for just shy of 3,000 yards and 28 touchdowns, and current quarterback Ikaika Woolsey is looking to fill Schroeder's role this season. If the Aggies expect to defeat the Rainbow Warriors at Aloha Stadium, they will need to slow the speedy offense down, and which is a tall task for any defense. This game is guaranteed to be exciting for both teams, so get your tickets to to be in the stands for all the excitement at Aloha Stadium.

The final home game of the season for the Rainbow Warriors will be the November 22 clash with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Rebels. The Rebels are always a tough matchup and the fellow Mountain West Conference foes will come to Honolulu looking for a win. The fans at Aloha Stadium cheer their team on no matter their record, and as things look up in 2014, the home field intensity will too. If you love college football and want to spend a day enjoying the sport among the most beautiful landscapes in the world, then get to StubHub today and get your Hawaii Rainbow Warrior tickets today.

Hawaii Warriors Football Conference

The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, like many of the fellow Mountain West Conference foes, moved to the conference from the Western Athletic Conference. Since making the move in 2012, the Rainbow Warriors have found that life is a little more competitive in the Mountain West. In its 16 years of existence, the Mountain West Conference has seen a lot of change. Teams like the Boise State Broncos and former Mountain West member Texas Christian University Horned Frogs became so successful in the late 2000's that they forced a major change in college football. The BCS adjusted its bylaws to allow non BCS teams, like teams in the Mountain West Conference, to qualify for Bowl Championship Series (BCS) bowl games. Mountain West Conference teams have qualified for BCS bowl games on 4 occasions: the Utah Utes in 2005 and 2009 and the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs in 2010 and 2011. Thanks to their incredible rise to mainstream successes, Utah and TCU have moved on the play in BCS conferences, and the Mountain West is looking to teams like the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors and Boise State Broncos, who also made BCS bowl games while members of the Western Athletic Conference, to be the next in line to crash the the BCS bowl games once more. It is an exciting time to be a fan of the Mountain West Conference with the new roster of teams in the conference thriving.
