Los Angeles Dodgers in Tempe tickets

The Los Angeles Dodgers are one of the most storied franchises in baseball, with nine World Series championships and a record 26 National League pennants stretching back to 1883. Founded in Brooklyn, the club moved to Los Angeles before the 1958 season and has called Dodger Stadium home since 1962. From Jackie Robinson breaking baseball's color barrier in 1947 to Sandy Koufax dominating the 1960s to Fernando Valenzuela igniting Fernandomania in 1981, the Dodgers have produced some of the most defining moments in the sport's history.

Dodger Stadium sits in Chavez Ravine just outside downtown Los Angeles, framed by three freeways and the San Gabriel Mountains. It was the first privately financed major league ballpark since Yankee Stadium opened in 1923. Cantilevered grandstands replaced the pillars used in older parks, giving every seat an unobstructed sightline. The park has historically favored pitching, which fits a franchise legacy built on arms like Koufax, Don Drysdale, Orel Hershiser, and Clayton Kershaw.

Los Angeles Dodgers tickets consistently rank among the most sought-after in baseball. The Dodgers have led MLB in home attendance every full season since 2013 and drew over four million fans in 2025, the highest single-season total in franchise history. In 1978, the club became the first MLB team to draw three million fans in a season. The fanbase extends across Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. Pantone 294, the team's largest fan club named after the Pantone code of Dodger blue, regularly travels to road games in organized groups. Hollywood has had a connection to the franchise since opening day in 1958, and celebrity attendance at postseason games remains a fixture of the entertainment press.
