in clubs. As an adult, he had difficulties making his music career translate into financial gain, when he made a big decision
that would change his life. His manager convinced him that he would have to change his name to separate himself from his peers,
so he took on the stage name of Engelbert Humperdinck after the famous German opera composer. From there his career took off
and he said goodbye to his financial woes, becoming one of the biggest pop stars in the world. Humperdinck is back on the
road almost 50 years since he made it big with the hits "Release Me" and "A Man Without Love (Quando M'innamoro)."
